小惊喜零星小雪今来“报到”
“朝阳观测到雪花了！”今天上午9点09分，市气象局新浪官方微博上更新了一条天气状态。据“官微”称，位于东北四环星火西路附近的朝阳区气象局值班员观测到了“非常小的雪花”。随后，通州、顺义等区的网友也纷纷表示，确实看到了“雪花妹子”驾到。
上午10点22分，记者在东四环外高碑店附近看到，随着凛冽的西北风，密密麻麻的小雪粒斜着从天空飘落，落在脸上能感到湿意，路上也有行人撑起了伞。
根据市气象台发布的预报，今天本市东北部将有零星小雪，以上午的情况看，预报的还算“靠谱”。据“官微”解释，观测到雪花，但降水量小于0.1mm的降雪就是零星小雪。
今天早晨六时左右，延庆佛爷顶出现了雾凇。由于佛爷顶地理位置高，比其他地区温度低8到10度左右，除佛爷顶下起小雪外，延庆其他地方没有下雪的迹象。
小失望雪粒难成气候无缘“初雪”
京城迎来“初雪”了吗？
据北京市气候中心高级工程师陈大刚介绍，所谓北京“初雪日”，一般是指当年冬季的第一场雪，满足以下两个条件之一的第一个降雪日即可定义为该年北京初雪日。
第一，是全市20个人工站中多于10个站点观测到有降雪现象；第二，城区5站(朝阳、海淀、丰台、石景山、观象台)均观测到有降雪现象；或城区5站中的3个或以上站点观测到有降雪现象，且至少1个站降雪量≥0.1mm。
但截至上午记者发稿时，只有朝阳观测到了零星小雪，此外郊区已有几个人工观测站观测到了零星小雪，尚不足10个，但今天有希望成为“初雪日”。
中央气象台官方网站中国气象网上午发布消息，认为北京地区初雪日是指北京市区域内第一次出现较大范围降雪过程的日期，目前来看初雪的降雪条件尚不具备。
不过根据记者统计，自从2013年10月22日北京下了场全市平均2.5毫米的小雨后，京城便再无降水，也就是说，今年冬天京城“滴水未进”的状态已有74天。
明天，冷空气主力将抵达京城，届时将带来大风降温天气。根据市气象台预报，明天最高温度5℃并伴有4级北风。1月8日、1月9日连续两天最高气温仅有0℃。市气象台提醒市民保暖添衣，以防感冒。
