法制晚报讯 (记者白冰)今年起本市将对空气质量监测子站进行扩充。记者上午从市环保监测中心了解到，主要目的地是山区和高速公路旁。
上午，市环保局发布2013年北京市清洁空气十件大事，其中，“向PM2.5宣战”位列环保大事之首。此外，“重典治霾”、每小时发布PM2.5数据等也同时纳入十大环保事件。
市环保监测中心主任张大伟此前接受媒体采访时表示，从现在监测网络来看，虽然有四大类，包含23个城市环境评价点、1个城市清洁对照点、5个交通污染监控点和6个区域背景传输点，但每类还有不足的地方。
比如环境评价主要分布在平原地区，但实际上北京的平原只占40%左右，还有60%的山区。
此外，目前有5个交通站点，分布在二三四环周边，但京藏高速、京津高速等交通拥堵而且重型货车集中的地方却没有纳入监控。而5%的重型货车却能贡献50%的排放量。
张大伟介绍，从今年起三年内，每年都会进行空气监测子站的扩充，将在高速公路旁、山区等地建立空气质量监测站，完善监测网络。
此外，市公共环境信息中心主任马军表示，希望可以将每小时数据更新的空气质量信息变为实时更新。
本市清洁空气十件大事
1.“向PM2.5宣战”：2013年本市发布实施《北京市2013-2017年清洁空气行动计划》，分解落实84项重点任务，打响了以PM2.5为重点的大气污染防治攻坚战
2.“重典治霾”：2013年，市人大制定《北京市大气污染防治条例》，将在2014年1月份提交全体人大代表进行最终审议表决
3.“信息服务”：2013年，北京市已建成了覆盖全市的空气质量监测网络，数据信息每小时更新

6.“全面压煤”2013年，本市提出了未来五年压减燃煤1300万吨的目标，减煤比例高达56%
7.“控车减油”：2013年，本市率先实施第五阶段机动车排放标准。加快老旧车辆淘汰，全年共淘汰老旧机动车36.6万辆，已发放补助资金8.05亿元
8.“应急响应”：2013年10月，市政府修订发布了《北京市空气重污染应急预案》
9.“联防联控”：2013年10月，召开了北京及周边地区大气污染防治协作第一次工作会议。目前，区域协作治理大气污染的格局已经形成
