曾光：从去年2月份开始发生第一例到现在，整个病例都是散发的。H7N9是由禽类传染人，人互相之间不传染，而且绝大部分人也不易感。现在看来，这个病毒出现了一个小小的高潮，但是没有什么大不了。和法定报告中其他传染病相比，它的危害并不是最大的。
目前，上海疾控人员已对患者家属进行检测，上海市公共卫生临床中心党委书记卢洪洲建议相关活禽市场也要关闭。针对近期频现的雾霾天气是否会对H7N9禽流感传播有影响的问题，卢洪洲直言，雾霾并不会直接导致H7N9禽流感扩散。
卢洪洲：本身雾霾对这个病毒的扩散没什么。但是注意一点，因为雾霾容易导致呼吸道这种疾病，容易导致我们呼吸道这种免疫力的下降，所以感染这个病毒以后更容易发病，更容易加重病情。假如说我们关闭了活禽市场，管好了活禽市场，控制了传染源，那么这个疾病就不会导致传播。
