国企企业家最易涉三宗罪
在企业家涉案的罪名分布方面，总共涉及77个具体罪名。主要有“破坏社会主义市场经济秩序罪”、“生产、销售伪劣商品罪”、“破坏金融管理秩序罪”、“金融诈骗罪”、“侵犯财产罪”、“贪污贿赂罪”等。其中，国企企业家犯罪频率最高的三项罪名与前年一致，为受贿罪、贪污罪、挪用公款罪。
