法制晚报讯(记者 冯明文) 原陕西汉中市红十字会办公室副主任张琪自杀身亡，他在生前曾挪用公款1000万元。
《法制晚报》记者调查获悉，死者最初是一名放射科医生，后调入红十字会，自杀前3个月刚调入市卫生局，任医政科科长。
记者从当地纪委获悉，汉中市红十字会原常务副会长黎明华也曾被纪委调查过。
事件缘起 官方微博通报 办公室副主任自杀
1月1日，汉中市委市政府官方微博，以汉中市政府新闻办公室名义发布通报称，2013年12月30日下午，汉中市卫生局干部张琪在家中自杀。张琪，男，现年44岁，生前曾任汉中市红十字会办公室副主任、市卫生局医政科负责人。
2013年8月，汉中市纪委调查发现，张琪涉嫌利用职务之便，挪用公款1000万元。8月20日，市纪委立案调查。经查，2010年11月17日，张琪填写了市红十字会转账支票并加盖印章，从红十字会将1000万元通过银行转入其弟开办的公司为其验资，致使该笔资金脱离监管8天时间，后该资金转回市红十字会账户。
2013年8月27日，汉中市纪委将案件移交汉中市人民检察院。9月4日，张琪因涉嫌挪用公款罪被刑事拘留，9月14日被取保候审。
12月30日11时30分左右，张琪在家中自杀身亡。经汉中警方尸检，张琪系本人用锐器刺伤两侧腹股沟，造成腹股沟动脉血管破裂致急性失血性休克死亡。
实地探访 事发前几个月 刚调入卫生局
汉中市卫生局家属院里有一栋白色高层建筑。5层楼道内，楼层电表集装箱的一户电表上标着“张琪”的名字。当记者根据这一标识叩开相应房门找“张琪家”时，开门的一男一女却告诉记者“找错了”。
汉中市卫生局医政科办公楼距家属院不远，楼内的“卫生局职工在岗情况”显示牌上显示张琪的在岗情况为“请(休)假”。
医政科一工作人员向记者证实，市红十字会原来在这里，后来搬离。张琪案发前就在此处办公，他的办公室紧挨楼梯，门窗上已有不少灰尘，看上去这里已很久没有人来过。
“他出事前，就几个月没见到他了。”工作人员说，“张琪调到这里也就几个月时间。”
医院采访 调入红会之前 曾是放射科医生
汉中市政府办公大楼7楼，是市卫生局办公室所在楼层。当记者通过工作人员试图了解张琪生前在医政科的工作表现时，所有人均表示“我们有规定，不能说”。
汉中市中心医院宣教科科长杜坤向记者介绍，张琪曾在该医院放射科工作多年，“作为一名普通的大夫，他表现还算不错。”
该医院的人员档案显示，张琪于1994年到医院放射科工作，1999年从医院调到了市红十字会任办公室副主任。
纪委采访 市红会原副会长 被纪委调查
汉中市纪委工作人员向《法制晚报》记者证实 ：“张琪因挪用红十字会1000万资金的事被市纪委调查确有其事，市红十字会原常务副会长黎明华也在张琪案发前后接受过市纪委调查。但我不能确定两者接受的调查是否有逻辑或者因果关系。”
当记者询问黎明华现在的情况时，这位工作人员表示，“不了解具体案情，我只负责上传下达。”
记者未能直接采访到纪委常委蒋平安。但1月3日下午，蒋平安给记者回信息称：“此前市委、市政府已经做出过公开通报，目前案件已经移交司法机关按照程序办理，暂时没有过多信息通报。”
汉中市红十字会设在市政府大院的一栋小楼里。红十字会办公室工作人员柳聪告诉记者，目前汉中市红十字会共有6个工作人员，其中包括常务副会长、办公室主任以及办公室副主任三个领导。
他表示由于入职时间较晚，自己和张琪并不熟悉。记者提及曾经被纪委调查的常务副会长黎明华，柳聪表示“已经好几个月都没见到他了”。
据记者了解，黎明华在接受纪委调查后不久就不再担任汉中市红十字会常务副会长一职，目前该职务由汉中市卫生局一名李姓调研员代理。
