港府三招保障奶粉供应
香港从去年3月1日起实行限奶令，取得了明显的成效，尽管已在去年国庆黄金周期间进行压力测试并提出检讨措施，港府早前还是表明农历春节前不会取消。
今年春节前香港奶粉供应能否稳定仍需接受考验。近期赴港购物的旅客人数明显增加，部分奶粉品牌也变得更加走俏，有的甚至断货。赴港购物的吴女士表示，自己走了好几条街，都没买到美素三段奶粉。

香港海关一天扣查450公斤奶粉
香港海关加强执法，本月2日起在罗湖口岸展开特别行动，打击走私奶粉活动。截至3日下午2时，拘捕64名水货客，包括29男和35女，各人年龄介乎19至81岁，行动同时扣查450公斤奶粉。
上月底，港府曾与7大奶粉供应商、港九药房总商会及大型连锁店代表会面，商讨圣诞节及农历年前的奶粉供应问题，高永文昨日表示，接下来农历年前，港府将再与奶粉供应商和零售商开会，了解最新的资料，促请他们保障香港本地父母可以购买到足够的婴幼儿奶粉。
