业内称公司债务重致其压力过大

“挺可惜的，他4号上午还到单位工作，想不到回家后就发生了这样的事情。他近年患上抑郁症，部分原因可能是公司债务负担重，个人压力大，整宿整宿的睡不着觉。”在听闻中国中铁总裁白中仁去世的消息后，中国工程院院士、中铁隧道集团有限公司副总工程师王梦恕告诉《经济参考报》记者。
5日晚间，中国中铁(股票代码601390)发布公告称，本公司执行董事、总裁白中仁先生于2014年1月4日因意外逝世。据媒体采访其家人的报道称，白中仁同志近来患有抑郁症。
“有些局的负债率都超过90%了，工资都发不出来了。前几天中国中铁旗下的中铁一局、中铁四局还组织人到中国铁路总公司要账，事情闹得挺大。”王梦恕表示，到年底了，该给工人结账过年了，但是建设资金迟迟不到位，公司的职工还能将就，但是农民工的工资是不能拖欠的，所以领导们的压力也比较大。
随着铁路建设的提速，铁路基建板块向好，但是资金紧张的局面一直未得到缓解。中国中铁2013年三季报显示，中国中铁2013年前9月铁路基建板块新签合同额1357亿元，同比增长200.8%，然而，截至2013年10月31日，中国中铁总资产6265亿元，负债5319亿元，资产负债率84.8%。
资料显示，白中仁于1983年加入中国中铁，其后一直在中国中铁工作，从中铁一局副总经理做到中国中铁副总经理、副总裁，2010年6月至今任中铁工董事、党委书记以及本公司执行董事、总裁、党委副书记。
