该负责人介绍，目前，辽宁市以上党政机关正按要求严格整改。部分高校领导干部存在着办公用房参照党政机关行政级别超标情况，但具体怎么改，怎么执行，在上级出台专门的整改要求前，确实有少数单位正在等待。
