尹成基简历
尹成基，男，汉族，1962年6月出生于山东即墨市。
1979年10月至1986年6月在中国人民大学农业经济系学习，先后获经济学学士和经济学硕士学位，1984年12月加入中国共产党。
1986年6月——1988年1月，在中央财经领导小组办公室工作，任科员、主任科员；
1988年1月——1999年4月，先后在国务院办公厅调研室、综合司、秘书局工作，1989年10月任国办综合司副处长，1993年8月任国办秘书局一等秘书(正处级)，其间于1992年1月——1993年7月先后在山东省潍坊市昌邑县石埠镇挂职副镇长、安丘县挂职副县长；
1999年4月——2008年3月在劳动和社会保障部工作，1999年4月任办公厅副主任，2002年5月兼任宣传中心主任(正司级)、中国劳动保障杂志主编，2007年3月担任部新闻发言人。2000年10月至2008年3月兼任国务院完善城镇社会保障体系试点领导小组办公室副主任；
2008年3月至2013年12月在人力资源和社会保障部工作，任政策研究司司长，担任部新闻发言人。
