宁夏新闻网讯(记者 贺璐璐) 1月6日上午，宁夏回族自治区党委召开常委会议，传达学习习近平总书记关于西吉踩踏事故的重要指示和李克强、俞正声等中央领导同志的重要批示精神，研究提出事故处置、加强宗教管理、防止各类安全事故发生的具体措施。自治区党委书记李建华主持会议并讲话，自治区主席刘慧提出要求，自治区党委常委、固原市委书记李文章汇报了事故处置情况。
会议认为，西吉踩踏事故是一起正常宗教活动中因组织不力、管理不到位造成的重大踩踏伤亡事故。事故发生后，党中央、国务院高度重视，习近平总书记等中央领导的重要指示和批示精神，为做好事故处置工作指明了方向。自治区党委、政府和有关部门快速反应，立即启动应急预案，及时做好伤亡人员的救治和善后工作。总的看，这次事故的处置工作反应比较快，工作措施跟进及时，没有引发其他问题。目前亡者家属情绪平稳，伤员病情稳定。

会议要求，要妥善做好事故善后工作。对重伤人员要不惜一切代价，全力救治，力争早日康复。对亡者家属及受伤人员要开展必要的心理疏导，一对一地做工作，让家属情绪稳定。要加强舆论引导，适时发布事故相关信息，让人民群众了解事故的真相。
会议强调，要认真开展事故调查和处理工作，尽快查清原因、查清责任，严肃追究相关责任人的责任，给社会、给群众一个交待。要从严管理宗教活动，把人民群众生命安全放在首位，决不允许危及群众生命安全的情况发生，决不允许以宗教活动的名义向群众变相敛财。要本着对人民负责、对信教群众负责的态度，认真研究制定加强宗教事务管理，特别是宗教活动管理的具体办法和规定，一般要本着就地就近的原则、谁组织谁负责的原则，大型宗教活动要从严控制，把宗教活动纳入法制化的轨道。要切实做好安全工作，一季度全区要集中开展安全生产大排查大整治活动，不留死角，不留隐患，确保全区社会大局稳定。
