　　据富蕴县消防中队排长张文超介绍，富蕴县城6日气温零下30多度，人在室外被冻得感觉脸如刀割一样，一瓶矿泉水倒在地上，15秒就结成了冰。

　　5日20时，新疆气象台发布寒潮蓝色预警信号称，阿勒泰地区将会出现寒潮天气。阿勒泰市、布尔津县、哈巴河县、富蕴县等地普遍出现降雪天气，其中喀纳斯景区不少路段出现风吹雪天气。此次降温，达到了阿勒泰入冬以来的最低气温。

　　据悉，阿勒泰市温度普遍在零下20度左右，突如其来的十几度降温，让阿勒泰市的许多市民真正感觉到阿勒泰冬天的气息。

　　突然的降雪降温，再加上布尔津、吉木乃县等部分县市的大风天气，造成不少路段出现风吹雪，道路出现积雪以及冰层，给道路行驶的车辆带来一些不便，存在一些安全隐患。
