据介绍，去年1月至11月，全国检察机关共立案查办发生在群众身边、损害群众利益的贪污贿赂犯罪案件16510件23017人，分别占立案总数的60.6%和62.4%，其中大案12824件，占77.7%，要案825人，占3.6%，涉案总金额55.1亿余元。
