　　2014年1月3日，滨湖区人口和计划生育局收到了陈婷、张艺谋的书面申辩，对其已申报的部分收入提出了申辩。

　　目前，滨湖区人口和计划生育局开始对当事人提出的上述申辩进行审核，随后将及时作出答复，并在法律时效内作出征收决定。(完)
