本报讯(记者王薇)去年年末，沉寂了9个多月的国家铁路局过渡性“官网”正式在交通部网站上线。昨天，北京青年报记者了解到，国家铁路局目前正在乔迁新居，搬入地点是北京市复兴路6号院内的原北京铁路局1号楼。
2013年3月，根据国务院机构改革和职能转变方案，实行铁路政企分开。将原铁道部拟定铁路发展规划和政策的行政职责划入交通运输部；组建国家铁路局，由交通运输部管理，承担铁道部的其他行政职责；组建中国铁路总公司，承担铁道部的企业职责；不再保留铁道部。
2013年3月17日，中国铁路总公司正式挂牌成立。办公地点仍为原铁道部办公地点北京市复兴路10号院内。由于未找到合适的办公地点，国家铁路局成立后一段时间以来仍然在原铁道部内办公。
去年年中，国家铁路局最终确定了办公地点为距离中国铁路总公司只有700余米的复兴路6号——北京铁路局院内的北京铁路局1号楼。据了解，北京铁路局1号楼为一栋十几层的办公大楼，北京局的局长、副局长等均在里面办公。国家铁路局办公地点确定后，去年6月中旬，北京铁路局的工作人员就开始了办公室的搬家工作。同时，该局的职工食堂也归国家铁路局使用。
办公地点确定后，国家铁路局并没有马上搬家也未挂牌，直到今年年初才开始陆续乔迁新居。目前，国家铁路局办公地和北京铁路局用栏杆隔开，但和北京铁路局共同出入一个大门，有保安和工作人员值班，原1号楼门口摆放了两只戴大红花的石狮子。普通市民从院外是看不到国家铁路局的大门的，今后国家铁路局是否会另开大门以及何时挂牌还不得而知。
低调履职的国家铁路局的机构如何设置？北青报记者了解到，根据国家铁路局文件《关于印发国家铁路局内设机构、机关处室主要职责和人员编制暂行规定的通知》，国家铁路局内设综合司(外事司)、科技与法制司、安全监察司、运输监督管理司、工程监督管理司、设备监督管理司、人事司等7个机构和机关党委(不含纪检组、监察局)。
