　　本报讯 (记者李洁)今后，本市将加强各类便民和应急电话的监督，开通设立65192666监督投诉电话，专门受理公众的意见建议。如果存在电话无人接听或长时间占线，对待群众反映的问题推诿扯皮等问题，且造成恶劣社会影响的，将追究相关单位和人员的责任。

　　记者今日获悉，市政府办公厅印发《北京市便民服务和应急抢险电话管理办法》，对全市各级政府机关、国有企事业单位向社会公布的便民服务电话和应急抢险电话进行规范。

　　据介绍，便民服务电话是指全市各级政府机关、国有企事业单位向社会公布的，为群众提供咨询、投诉、建议、服务的电话等。应急抢险电话是指向社会公布的，用于收集各类突发情况和事故、确保及时开展处置和救援的电话。

　　市非紧急救助服务中心开通设立65192666监督投诉电话，受理群众对全市便民服务和应急抢险电话工作的意见建议，并将便民服务和应急抢险电话的管理工作纳入政府绩效考评体系。

　　对于群众反映的电话值守工作中存在电话无人接听或长时间占线，工作人员无故脱岗，不使用文明用语，对待群众反映的问题推诿扯皮，处理群众诉求不及时、不到位等问题，将由市非紧急救助服务中心负责调查处理，责成相关单位制定整改措施，并及时回复拨打电话的反映人。
