　　中新网北京1月7日电 (记者 孙自法)就近期社会上广泛关注和热议的复旦大学王正敏院士被其学生王宇澄举报涉嫌学术造假一事，中国科学院1月7日向媒体回应称，该院将严格按照有关程序处理此事。

　　中科院表示，该院院士选举分6个学部进行，对院士的处理也是首先由相应学部进行调查，根据问题的性质和严重程度由其所在学部提出处理意见和建议，可给予警示、批评、警告直至撤销其院士称号的处理，并在实际工作中严格执行。

　　2012年11月，中科院学部收到复旦大学附属耳鼻喉医院王宇澄对其老师王正敏院士的投诉，学部随即致函复旦大学，要求对投诉情况进行调查核实。2013年9月，中国科学院学部收到复旦大学回函和调查报告。中科院生命科学和医学学部常委会开会进行了专题研究，并成立由相关领域院士组成的专门工作小组进行进一步核查和研究。对媒体报道的一些投诉信未涉及的新问题，正在了解相关情况。

　　据介绍，为维护院士群体的声誉，中科院对院士违背科学道德行为制定了严格规定，包括《中国科学院院士章程》中的有关规定、《中国科学院院士科学道德自律准则》和《中国科学院院士违背科学道德行为处理办法》等。中科院学部对收到的投诉，首先转交院士所在单位或归口主管部门调查处理。若有违背院士行为准则的，无论是在增选过程中还是当选院士后，学部都将根据相关程序进行调查。(完)
