加强办案力量，抓早抓小，以雷霆万钧之势荡除腐败。一年来，全国各级纪检监察机关按照中央纪委的部署，积极转变办案方式，进一步加强办案全过程的监督管理，推动办案工作不断深入，取得了明显成效。
增设机构，强化协调
——办案力量在加强，合力在凸显
“坚持标本兼治，当前要以‘治标’为主，为‘治本’赢得时间”。2013年初，中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记王岐山在中央纪委委员学习贯彻党的十八大精神研讨班上提出的科学论断，对纪检监察机关办案工作提出了新的要求。
进一步转变职能，调整内设机构，突出办案业务。面对新要求，中央纪委监察部率先行动，增加了2个纪检监察室。截至2013年10月底，有17个省（区、市）纪委参照中央纪委做法，新设立1至2个纪检监察室。这一调整，有力地加强了办案工作力量，为进一步加大惩治腐败力度提供了组织保障。
在“党委统一领导，党政齐抓共管，纪委组织协调，部门各负其责，依靠群众的支持和参与”的反腐败领导体制和工作机制下，协同办案是这一体制在查办大要案工作中的具体体现，也是当前深入开展反腐败斗争的客观需要。
一年来，中央反腐败协调小组多次召开会议，对办案工作中的重大问题及时协调解决。地方各级反腐败协调小组认真履行职责，加强组织协调，为顺利查处重大复杂案件发挥了重要作用。同时，各级纪检监察机关也不断健全同公安机关、检察机关、审判机关、审计机关等在信息沟通、线索移送等方面的工作机制，提高组织协调的效率和效果。
宁夏回族自治区纪委监察厅在查办自治区林业局原局长王某某严重违纪违法案件过程中，多次召集公安、检察院、法院等单位研究和协调解决办案中遇到的问题，并召开专家论证会，对疑难、复杂案情进行分析论证。案件移送司法机关后，自治区纪委在侦查、公诉、审判等环节全程跟踪，督促和支持司法机关依法独立行使职权，保证了办案工作的顺利开展。 【1】【2】
