　　患者区某，男，31岁，深圳户籍，居住罗湖区解放路红围街，无明确活禽接触史。2013年12月30日患者出现发热、乏力等症状，自行服药退烧，31日下午症状加重；2014年1月3日患者到宝安区人民医院就诊，并以“发热查因”收治入院治疗。后因病情加重于1月5日18时30分转入该院ICU。1月6日患者咽拭子样本送深圳市疾控中心检测，结果为H7N9病毒核酸阳性阳性。1月7日0时被转送至深圳市第三人民医院进一步治疗，该患者目前病情稳定。1月7日下午，患者样本经广东省疾控中心复核检测，结果为人感染H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。

　　深圳市区疾病预防控制中心在接到报告后，立刻派人对病人及密切接触者开展流行病学调查，目前已对35例密切接触者实施医学观察，并采集咽拭子样本进行相关检测，结果均为阴性，未出现异常情况。

　　入冬后天气渐冷，病毒在外环境中较为活跃、存活时间较长，深圳市疾控中心专家认为该市发生散发人感染H7N9禽流感病例的风险较高，近期还可能会有新增病例出现。

　　该病毒传播仍是由禽到人，尚未发现人传人之间的证据，因此，专家认为：人感染H7N9禽流感仍呈散发状态，市民无需恐慌，但要进一步提高防范意识，积极做好预防。(完)
