据媒体报道，对于近日，涉及到71名学生的招生事件，首师大校方曾表示，学校高等美术教育研究中心和这家公司，曾签订"职业培养课程班培训协议"，而学生收到的含"本科"字样的录取通知书，是招生公司虚假宣传、擅自添加。而除了这71名2011级的学生外，有2012级的同学也反映说当初他们是被招生的人承诺"被首师大本科特招，属于统招生"。2012级何同学认为他们和2011级一样被骗了。
何同学：是统招的，而且是特招生。之后就给我们拿首师大的录取通知书，当时还有首师大的盖章什么的。很正规的那种通知书。他是这么说的，说我们是特招的，就是学校没有(扩满)，所以咱们是补招的，也不用在志愿上填什么，你们过来之后交几千块钱的名额注册费，然后就可以把我们的名字写在里面了。
何同学提供了一份2012级的通知书样本。该通知书显示，这名学生是被录取到"职业教育平面艺术设计专业定向培训班"，通知书盖有首师大美术学院和高美中心的章。但上面没有写明"本科"字样。据何同学说，就是因为没有这两个字，学校表示他们和2011级的情况不同。何同学提供了一段他们和一位钊姓老师的通话录音：
钊姓老师：因为在2011级大部分学生的录取通知书上有这个"本科"。
目前，相关事情的处理正在进行中。校方给2012级学生提供了一份协议书，协议书中称，致远东方公司不实宣传，学生偏听偏信也应承担相应责任。协议规定，学生可继续完成职业培训课程，费用由学校承担。但并无赔偿条款。现在部分学生已经签署了这份协议，但何同学等人不认可协议内容。钊姓老师表示，学校已经做出了有利于受骗学生的调整，如不认可，可走法律途径：
钊姓老师：目前学校就是这个政策。你如果不认可这个协议。那你就去法院，走其他的途径，可以起诉，这都是你的权利。同学，为什么说其他那20多个同学签了就你们没签呢。这个协议中间我们都改过两回，这就是协商的结果啊，是做了有利于你们的调整啊。
