另据了解，苏顺虎的妻子因涉嫌掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪已接受法庭审理，目前还未宣判。
昨日10时许，苏顺虎被法警带进二中院的第三法庭。这是9月4日苏顺虎第一次受审的法庭，当天他被指控在2003年至2011年间，利用担任铁道部运输局营运部货运营销计划处处长、营运部副主任等职务期间，为三家单位谋利益。为此收受三单位负责人给予的款物折合人民币共计2400余万元。
昨日庭审中，检方补充出示了2份新证据。一份是证明原铁路局是国家行政机构的书证；另一份是情况说明，证明江西省物资贸易有限责任公司法定代表人周云富，曾让他人从香港向苏顺虎在澳洲留学的儿子汇款100万澳元作为留学费用。
在检方出示完新证据后，苏顺虎表示无异议。但辩护律师认为，“情况说明”是涉外取证，检方在取证程序上存在瑕疵。“还应有其他证据佐证，检方不能主观推断这笔钱就是给了苏顺虎，我们认为此项指控事实不清，证据不足。”辩护律师说。

苏顺虎位于朝阳区太阳宫火星园的一套房产已被查封。辩护律师庭前介绍，苏顺虎目前有800余万元左右赃款未退。“如果拍卖掉被查封的房产，足以弥补剩余的未退账款。房子被查封后，苏顺虎被取保候审的妻子只能租房居住。”
