新京报讯 (记者朱自洁)王正敏2005年增选为中国科学院院士时，一共有6名院士推荐人。去年，其中4人向中科院写联名信，要求对王正敏予以除名。

王正敏说，昨日已从电视上得知了多位中科院院士推荐人联名写信要求将自己除名的消息。“电视上播出了这封信，我看了一下，信上只是列举了一些小问题，但并不是说这些问题就属实。所有的结果还要等中科院调查之后才能定论。”
王正敏称，事件发生后，自己的工作和生活并未受太多影响。“每天还是照常工作和生活，医院那头也很忙。所以说这件事并不影响我多少。”对于调查结果，王正敏也称“很有信心”，“我会以坦然的心态去面对这件事，也相信组织能给出合理的结果。”

王正敏涉嫌学术抄袭、造假，为何能当选为院士？作为推荐人的刘新垣和姚开泰均表示，责任在自己，“审查上不严格”。

另一名推荐人，中科院院士、著名病理生理学家姚开泰院士也表示，自己有责任，需要检讨。“王正敏当时找到我，要我推荐他。我看他的学历也很好、又有留学经验和临床经验，再加上他的老师也表示同意，我就推荐了他。”
姚开泰称，推荐院士应本着推荐人自觉的原则，“但说实话，我们也无法在短时间内核查他的学历和全部的学术著作，才出现了这么大的问题。这一点上，我们要承担责任。”
