新华网武汉1月8日电(记者谭元斌) 记者8日从湖北省第十二届人民大表大会常务委员会第七次会议上获悉，湖北省人民政府原副省长郭有明因涉嫌违纪违法、湖北省委原副秘书长张洪因严重违纪，依照代表法有关规定，终止二人的湖北省第十二届人民代表大会代表资格。
湖北省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会代表资格审查委员会的报告指出，由宜昌市选出的湖北省第十二届人大代表郭有明因为涉嫌违纪违法，本人提出辞去湖北省第十二届人大代表职务，宜昌市人大常委会决定接受其辞职请求；由黄石市选出的湖北省第十二届人大代表张洪因为严重违纪，本人提出辞去湖北省第十二届人大代表职务，黄石市人大常委会决定接受其辞职请求。依照代表法有关规定，郭有明、张洪的代表资格终止。
