经济南中院依法审理作出判决，被告人朱传峰犯生产、销售有毒、有害食品罪，判处死刑，缓期二年执行。被告人朱传清、朱传波均被判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，杜恒强、杜恒才等7人分别判处有期徒刑五至十五年，没收个人全部财产。
当日，山东省济南市人民检察院还对于海波、邢洪生、被告单位大中粮油所犯销售伪劣产品罪，刘太金、于召荣销售有毒、有害食品罪一案提起公诉。经法院审理查明，2006年9月，被告人于海波、邢洪生共同注册成立千门商贸(非法人独资企业)，从事粮油销售等业务，经营中，于海波、邢洪生与多家制药企业签订豆油购销合同，为获取高额利润，自发达公司、博汇公司、格林公司低价购进以“泔水油”为原料生产的“地沟油”，后按比例掺入四级豆油中，销售给齐发药业、倚天药业、内蒙古公司等多家制药企业，期间，为避免引起他人对千门商贸独家长期向上述制药企业供货的注意，于海波、邢洪生遂于2009年10月以于海波的妻子张红为法定代表人，注册成立大中粮油，采取上述同样手段与千门商贸交替向上述制药企业销售勾兑后的豆油，自2007年9月至2011年7月，两公司共计销售32628.38吨，销售金额280202899.26元人民币。
济南市中级人民法院判决被告人于海波犯销售伪劣产品罪，处以有期徒刑十五年，没收个人全部财产。被告人邢洪生、刘太金、于召荣犯销售伪劣产品罪，判处有期徒刑七至十五年，并处没收个人全部财产。
据悉，两起制售“地沟油”案犯罪所得及供犯罪所用的财物由济南市公安局予以没收，上缴国库。
