调查：广电总局对新疆兵团卫视和四川卫视处罚是否适当？
新疆兵团卫视和四川卫视被暂停所有商业广告播出15日和7日
1月7日，国家新闻出版广电总局下发《关于给予新疆兵团卫视和四川卫视暂停商业广告播出处理的通报》，决定自1月9日零时起至16日零时，暂停四川卫视所有商业广告播出7天；自1月9日零时起至24日零时，暂停新疆兵团卫视所有商业广告播出15天。
国家新闻出版广电总局指出，《关于进一步加强卫视频道播出电视购物短片广告管理工作的通知》自1月1日实施后，全国各级卫视频道认真遵照执行，开局情况良好。但在总局三令五申和多次责令整改的情况下，截至1月6日凌晨，新疆兵团卫视播出的“鬼谷子下山大罐”和“香薰睡眠宝”，四川卫视播出的“中华玉兔登月紫砂壶”，时长均超过20分钟，严重违反了总局有关规定，在全系统和社会上造成了恶劣影响。为严肃纪律，总局根据《广播电视广告播出管理办法》、《广播电视播出机构违规处理办法》(试行)等有关规定，作出上述处罚决定。
国家新闻出版广电总局强调，规范卫视频道电视购物短片广告播出秩序，事关媒体公信力，事关广大人民群众切身利益，各卫视频道要高度重视，认真落实，切实履行电视购物短片广告播前审查把关职责，坚决杜绝违规问题再次发生。各省级广播影视行政部门要切实承担监管责任，加大对辖区内卫视频道的监管力度，及时纠正违规行为，确保管理规定贯彻执行到位。
