在新京报记者采访发现的“说法三”中，嫣然天使儿童医院的总投资金额应为3000万元。若红基会之前的声明无误，两者相差两千多万元。对此周筱赟质疑，“这中间不是有人说谎，就是有数字作假”。
“嫣然”审计报告过于简单？
此外，周筱赟还质疑称，高达5300多万的大额善款支出，为何未在审计报告中做信息披露。
昨日，周筱赟批评嫣然公布的审计报告过于简单，“除了审计结论外，只有一个极其简单的收入支出情况表，列了资助款的总金额，具体流向未作披露”。
嫣然天使基金前日回应称，已在官网公示每年的审计报告。而嫣然天使基金在官网公示的2012年审计报告仅有5页，其中详细财务报表只有总计的支出和收入数据。
“嫣然的审计报告肯定不是完整版。”昨日，大成律师事务所的张文钧律师介绍，正规的审计报告应当详细列出各项支出，包括资产负债表、业务活动表、现金流量表等内容。因此，张文钧认为，这份审计报告应当只是简化版。
张文钧称，面对质疑，嫣然应主动公示完整的审计报告，展示各项目详细支出，才能避免误解。

市民政局：尚未发现书院中国敛财
昨日，北京市民政局公布对“书院中国”基金会的调查报告，称基金会名称符合规定，根据审计报告未发现“以公益名义敛财”的问题。而李亚鹏在担任其法定代表人同时，兼任其他组织法定代表人属实，已责令整改。
根据周筱赟的举报，李亚鹏在担任“书院中国”基金会法人同时，还担任着“美丽春天”文化传播公司的法定代表人。根据民政部相关规定，慈善基金会的法定代表人不得同时担任其他组织的法定代表人。
周筱赟为此向北京民政局提出信息公开和调查申请。12月20日，北京市民政局称将展开调查。
此外，新京报记者2013年12月20日发现，“美丽春天”公司已变更法定代表人为“张萍”。
北京市民政局公布了调查情况，表示已责令整改，变更手续正在办理中。
