　　她说，中国外长每年年初首访非洲，这是中国外交几十年来的优良传统，体现了中国对非洲的一贯重视和对中非传统友谊的珍视。

　　华春莹表示，中方对于国际社会开展对非合作持开放态度，希望国际社会各方都能共同努力为促进非洲的和平、安全与发展事业发挥积极和建设性作用。但是，如果有什么国家试图在非洲搞对抗，那就是打错了算盘，而且也不会得逞。希望各方发展对非合作时摆正心态，把心思首先用在促进非洲国家人民的福祉上，而不要把心思用歪了。
