　　7日，记者来到乌鲁木齐市新疆腾飞大厦，该大厦总共18层，其中1至17层全部租赁给其他公司，18楼是腾飞房产公司自用办公区。腾飞公司电控门紧锁，从玻璃透过能看到人员走动，可是按门铃一直没有人开门。记者在门口等候的功夫，出来一位办事人员，说明采访事宜后，该工作人员以公司没人为由拒绝采访，并让记者离开。

　　据在该楼工作的目击者刘女士称：“当天的打人的场景很是吓人，大概有十几个人围成一团，而且有人受伤，还流了血。此前类似吵闹事件时有发生，但如此大场面的打架事件还是第一次看见！”

　　位于楼下电梯口附近的租户也亲眼目睹了整个打人经过，他回忆称：“当时正是午休时间，正要下楼吃午饭，忽然听到楼梯口震撼吵闹声，而且围观者很多，人群中有人报警，几分钟后人撤离了现场，电梯门关了。”

　　腾飞大厦辖区新兴街派出所民警海警官说：“当时我在社区，派出所出了警，事后我知道了此事，具体打人原因其他民警知道，另外腾飞大厦有多家房产公司，每年年底都会发生讨要工资的事情，但打架事情这是第一次，民警赶到现场已经结束了。”

　　海警官还说：“事后大概过了两三天，我们所长说腾飞大厦打人的人已经抓住了，里面没有人打代表，是两个年轻小伙子，其中还有一女的，可能都是腾飞大厦员工。”

　　乌鲁木齐市人大办公厅有关人员7日称，打人事件已经得到处理。记者又从其它部门证实，唐新德涉嫌殴打他人，经乌鲁木齐市人大常委会主任会议讨论通过，同意公安机关对唐新德采取行政拘留的强制措施。

　　乌鲁木齐人大办公厅一负责人称，一切都以公安部门的调查结果为准。

　　目前乌鲁木齐市公安局水磨沟区分局向乌鲁木齐市人大常委会送达了对市人大代表唐新德依法行政拘留的请示报告。2013年12月31日，唐新德涉嫌先后两次殴打因新疆腾飞房地产开发公司旗下腾飞骑马山庄房产无法按照合同办理入住手续前来维权的业主。乌鲁木齐市公安局水磨沟区分局依据《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》第43条第2款相关规定，对涉嫌殴打他人的唐新德依法执行行政拘留，并处以罚款。(完)
