　　据悉，金华针对大学生村官的一周“城管体验”，来源于2013年武义县针对新录取基层公务员的一周“劳动体验”。“当时，40多名新录取的公务员体验完环卫工人的公务员后，感触很深，懂得了基层生活的艰辛，也懂得了珍惜眼前的所有。”金华市委组织部负责人表示，他们打算把这项劳动体验长期进行下去，让大学生村官们开阔眼界，锻炼他们处理事情的能力，也让他们可以更好的为人民服务。(完)
