　　今年30岁的云和人张顺和32岁的湖北武汉人李俊曾因研发“熊猫烧香”网络病毒而锒铛入狱，于2007年9月29日，被湖北省仙桃市人民法院以破坏计算机信息系统罪分别判处有期徒刑两年和四年。

　　2008年12月，张顺出狱后在丽水“东山再起”，与他人合伙成立浙江腾翔网络科技有限公司，靠开发出售棋牌类游戏软件盈利。

　　2009年12月，张顺邀请刚刑满出狱的李俊加入该公司。其后，张顺等人开设了“金元宝”棋牌游戏赌博平台，在该平台上设定“牛牛”、“梭哈”、“两张”等游戏以输赢游戏豆的方式供游戏玩家参与赌博，同时积极发展银商，出售和回收游戏豆。

　　2013年6月该团伙被丽水警方彻底摧毁，据悉，该案涉赌资达人民币7600余万元。

　　2013年7月22日，莲都检方以张顺、李俊等26人涉嫌开设赌场罪向莲都法院提起公诉。今天上午，该案第二次开庭。

　　莲都法院审理认为，被告人张顺、李俊伙同他人，以非法获利为目的，利用计算机在互联网上经营“金元宝”赌博棋牌网络游戏平台，其行为均已构成开设赌场罪，属情节严重。综合被告人的犯罪事实、认罪态度和悔罪表现等情况遂依法作出上述判决。(完)
