邓某在一个QQ群里发布车辆的基本信息，标明价格，就会有人主动和邓某联系，咨询购买事宜。邓某称，QQ群是专门用来处理赃车的，称为“鼠车群”，买卖双方都不会过多询问车的手续、车况等信息。田某等人通过这种方式，以6万元的价格购买了邓某偷来的一辆银色索纳塔与一辆新胜达汽车。
近日，邓某因涉嫌盗窃罪，田某等人因涉嫌掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪被批准逮捕。
