青奥会前开放22公里，还有3公里在争取中

畅通后的明城墙，登墙是否方便呢？现代快报记者获悉，相关部门规划在开放的城墙段每1公里左右处设置一个登城入口，目前6段已具备开放条件的明城墙，已修好32个登城点。这些登城点分别为：神策门、玄武门、台城、九华山、中山门、标营门、蓝旗街、东水关、武定门、伏龟楼、中华门、长干门、集庆门、清凉门、国防园……这些登城点，可以领略到不同的风光。比如：神策门—玄武门，这一段长2公里左右的城墙，百年来都没有对外开放过，市民可以在上面，从另一个角度来领略南京山水城林的美；而东水关—西水关，这段6公里城墙中，目前只有中华门城堡是可以游览的，未来开放后，市民可以畅游全程。而这一段恰恰是过去“城西干道”的所在，市民可在城墙上，看看桥改隧后的风光。
也许，你会觉得城墙太长了，走得太累。南京市文广新局相关负责人透露，他们向西安城墙“取经”，正在制作特殊的自行车，这种自行车的车轮非常光滑，对城墙不会造成影响。如果走累了，可以租借自行车，一边骑一边领略南京城的风光。不过，也不是所有城墙都可以骑车，目前规划的是在神策门—太平门和东水关—西水关两段。“这两段城墙比较宽阔，用的新砖也比较多，这也是在这两段设立自行车道的原因。”刁仁昌说。

目前，已收费开放的有中华门、阅江楼、神策门、台城等段落，共约3公里。而且每个地点的门票价格都不一样，比如玄武门—太平门，门票价格为15元；而中华门城堡则是35元……未来，门票怎么收？
对于市民所关心的全面开放后收费的问题，南京市文广新局局长刁仁昌表示，这些年城墙修缮用了大量的资金，开放后，还是会适当收取费用，回收成本。不过，他表示，修缮完成后，过去免费的争取继续免费，比如：清凉山石头城这一带，定淮门向北一直到挹江门再到仪凤门，未来争取依旧免费。
城墙会不会出现一个“打包价”，而且这个门票可以多日使用？相关人士表示，票务的问题，正在做方案，而且狮子山段城墙还需要和阅江楼景区进行协商。不过，刁仁昌坦言，“收取一定费用是为了更好保护明城墙，但不能收高。”此外，他们正在规划与南京旅游年卡和南京市民卡衔接，希望给市民带来适当的优惠。
