新京报讯 (记者马力) 继首个自住房项目——恒大御景湾开始申购后，北京第二批自住房项目即将启动网上申购。开发商金隅嘉业昨天发布，两个自住房项目将在春节前后启动网上申购。这两个项目分别位于朝阳北路旁和东坝地区，地理、交通极为便利，均价仅2.2万元/平米，业内人士表示，这两个项目也将迎来申购的热潮。
项目最近距离地铁仅1.4公里
金隅嘉业相关负责人表示，“京七条”推出自住型商品房后，金隅嘉业中标两个自住房项目，分别是朝阳区高井星牌建材厂地块及朝阳区东坝单店地块。此次计划将两个项目一起启动网上申购。
相比首个自住房项目，这两个项目的地理位置、配套等条件更好。其中，高井星牌建材厂自住房位于东四环和东五环之间，紧邻CBD，北临朝阳北路，距地铁6号线青年路站只有1.5公里，距地铁八通线高碑店站仅有1.4公里。规划自住型商品房1888套。
