华春莹表示，相关具体问题办理，在《办法》中已有明确规定。她建议记者认真研究中国的《渔业法》以及《办法》的历次版本。
西电视台播辱华节目中方发信函要求道歉
针对西班牙电视5台播放辱华节目一事，中国驻西班牙大使馆临时代办黄亚中近日致函该台予以谴责，表示强烈不满并要求其道歉。
黄亚中信函中指出，西班牙电视5台名为“两人桌”的节目里一个穿着怪异“唐装”的小丑上蹿下跳，刻意污蔑中餐馆提供狗肉和猫肉，影射去年炒作的“中餐馆狗肉中吃出芯片”事件，而该事件已经西警方查实为造谣诽谤，并还中餐馆清白。
该电视台已非首次公开贬损华人形象。这一行为对旅西华人和全球华人的感情已经造成伤害，伤害了别人就应该道歉，希望其保证今后不再发生如此不愉快的事件。
