突出门头沟地域元素
门头沟政府工作报告中介绍，长安街西延工程、S1线已在去年正式开工。今年将按照制定的《门头沟长安街西延线城市规划设计实施导则》，推进长安街西延线两侧标志性建筑和S1线区域组团综合开发，打造高品质、有活力的现代化城市空间。
导则包括了建筑设计、道路交通、公共空间在内的城市规划设计。规委门头沟分局有关人士说，导则的制定可避免区域内开发商按各自意图建设而带来的建筑尺度过大，色彩、立面设置杂乱等问题。
据介绍，长安街西延线跨越门头沟和石景山两区，设计导则制定团队也全程参与了石景山段的设计，这样“既保持统筹协调，也能突出门头沟的设计个性”。
导则提出，对长安街西延线门头沟段的建筑风格，要求能体现门头沟区地域特色和文化内涵，呈现朴素清雅的风格，尤其鼓励借鉴采用地域性符号元素。
建筑高度
两侧建筑控制在80米
该负责人说，综合考虑山体、永定河、视线通廊、城市天际线等多方面因素，对长安街西延线门头沟段的建筑提出了高度控制要求。
由于长安街处在定都阁至北京中心城的重要对景轴线，因此这条景观视廊两侧的建筑高度控制在约80米，向南北两侧辐射区域，以及S1线周边的建筑高度，适当提高到120米左右。
对不同位置、不同功能的建筑，色彩也有规划。导则提到，该区域建筑主体大部分色彩应采用灰色为基本色，长安街两侧的办公建筑，建议采用中性偏冷的颜色，适当用赭石色作为辅助色，居住建筑可采用米黄色作为辅助色。
建议建筑间用天桥连廊连接
导则规定，建筑顶部可采用平顶、坡屋顶、退台式，不得使用穹顶、尖顶。该人士告诉记者，诸如商场、写字楼等公共建筑顶部，避免使用中国古建筑的屋顶形式。低层建筑可结合绿化屋顶的设计降低热岛效应，改善空气质量，同时创造城市景观。
“我们希望地块内统一各层标高，便于建筑之间联通”，这位人士说，建议各建筑间用步行天桥、连廊或地下通道连接。而建筑底部，考虑在首层、二层架空建设的做法，便于人们的活动，雨雪天气可作为避雨场所。
值得注意的是，为保证城市安全，增强防洪排涝能力，将采取雨洪利用措施，如“修建蓄水池、铺设透水砖、采用下凹式绿地等方法”，达到“零形成径流”，避免局部地区排水不畅，减轻下游防洪排涝的负担。
西延线公交站点的设置，也要确保人们在800米出行范围内能够到达公交站点。站点附近还将设置自行车停车场，结合S1线站点，统筹设置各种交通设施，使轻轨、公交、自行车、步行及不同功能建筑之间较好结合。
另外要提供充足的停车位。办公楼停车位配建指标为每一万平米建筑面积不小于65辆，集中绿地地下应适当开发公共地下停车库等。
北京长安街西延线工程
长安街西延工程东起石景山区古城大街，向西经首钢主厂区、上跨丰沙铁路、永定河及六环路至门头沟区三石路，全长约6.4公里。
长安街西延工程道路标准为城市主干路。古城大街至六环路西侧路安排4上4下8条机动车道；六环路西侧路至三石路为3上3下6条机动车道。因横跨永定河，该工程将在永定河上新建一座跨河特大桥。

新京报讯 (记者邓琦)2014年，首钢将打造10万平米钢铁大道，同时以钢铁、高炉等工业遗址为背景，一座“哥特式”摄影基地将在首钢形成。
首钢建10万平米钢铁大道
石景山区旅游委副主任李晨介绍，首钢工业遗址景观，深受摄影爱好者青睐。为此，首钢将打造一座占地约1万平米的“哥特式”摄影基地，以高炉、管线、群明湖、秀湖为背景，并将开展系列摄影大赛。
一条占地约10万平米的“钢铁大道”，也将在首钢建成。大道将陈设大型雕塑、大型钢雕、停产纪念签字长卷和焦炉、管线、铁路及各类大型冶金设备设施，使之成为工业文化旅游休闲景观。大型钢铁史诗实景剧《铁色记忆》、环石景山、群明湖的健身步道等项目也是首钢工业旅游观光线今年的打造重点。
首钢内部的小火车线路也将升级改造，未来将建成观光火车环线，串联工业遗产、历史文化古迹、人文景观，形成工业旅游观光线。环线总长将从4.8公里增加到5.5公里，计划投资1500万元。
八大处恢复传统新春庙会
昨天，《石景山区关于加快推进石景山区国家服务业综合改革试点区发展三年规划》发布。李晨称，西山八大处文化风景区目前已形成核心区总体规划方案，“北京西山八大处新春庙会”也将按历史盛期景象，于今年春节恢复。
八大处的文物古建也将陆续开始修缮。其中，八大处历史上最早的庙宇——清凉寺，其修复工程已完成立项，预计年底前实现开工建设。据了解，八大处清凉寺位于证果寺以东，占地百亩许，如今是八大处苗圃所在地。
