　　首先，今年全年要完成20万辆老旧机动车淘汰任务。推动市相关部门落实700辆电动公交车、1950辆天然气公交车、2000辆天然气出租车等的更新。

　　在尾气治理方面，将启动北京第六阶段车用燃油地方标准的制定工作。

　　根据此前《北京市2013-2017年清洁空气行动计划》，北京将力争在2016年实施第六阶段机动车排放标准。

　　交通拥堵费

　　是指在交通拥挤时段对部分区域道路使用者收取一定的费用，其本质上是一种交通需求管理的经济手段，目的是利用价格机制来限制城市道路高峰期的车流密度，达到缓解城市交通拥挤的目的，提高整个城市交通的运营效率。
