　　据昆明市旅游监察支队副队长张鸿介绍，视频曝光事件发生于1月1日上午9时40分左右，涉事导游为朱秀琴，注册在昆明市导游之家导游服务公司。当日，云南九洲国际旅行社有限公司接待了12位游客到石林旅游，委派朱秀琴担任导游，于9时30分左右进入石林风景区。期间，由于在景区老年人优惠门票的退费事宜上意见不一致，朱秀琴与2名游客发生口角，进而发展到与游客互相辱骂的过激行为。

　　查清事实后，昆明市旅游监察支队决定对朱秀琴及委派导游的云南九洲国际旅行社有限公司分别作出罚款5000元和10000元的行政处罚。同时，由于朱秀琴存在辱骂游客的行为，被处以一次扣除10分。“导游一年分值就是10分，扣完后也就意味着她今年内就不能带团、带游客了。”张鸿说。
