江西省委副书记尚勇在发布会上通报称，去年9月1日起，江西在全省副科级以上干部中开展“红包”问题专项治理活动。3个月时间全省各级党政干部上交“红包”总额6000余万元。目前“红包”专项治理范围正向副科级以下的公职人员延伸。
会议通报，通过为期8个月的民生资金管理使用情况监督检查，全省纠正违规资金9.65亿元，处理违规管理民生资金相关责任人1933人，其中追究刑事责任205人，给予党纪政纪处分183人。通过开展节庆、论坛、展会等专项治理，数量分别较同期减少52.1%、49.7%、54.4%。
