京华时报讯（记者李秋萌）针对加拿大卫生部前日公布“一名加拿大公民从北京飞回后因H5N1型禽流感发病死亡”一事，北京市卫生局昨日表示，截至上周末，本市无禽流感病例报告。目前本市已经进入季节性流感等呼吸道传染病高发季，未来流感活动将继续增强，集中发热现象或将进一步增加。
加拿大出现H5N1死亡病例
加拿大卫生部部长罗娜·安布罗斯8日证实，加拿大艾伯塔省一名居民因患H5N1型禽流感3日死亡。这是北美地区首例H5N1型禽流感死亡病例。
安布罗斯说，这名患者于去年12月27日从中国北京返回加拿大后发病，医治无效死亡。7日发表的尸检报告确认其死于H5N1型禽流感病毒。加拿大已向中国和世界卫生组织进行了通报。目前尚不知道死者的感染途径。
这是北美地区首例H5N1型禽流感死亡病例，但属于孤立病案，两名与其密切接触者已接受医学观察，目前都没有发病症状。
北京暂未有禽流感病例报告
北京市卫生局介绍，市疾控中心已在全市建立了各级医疗机构的不明原因肺炎监测、流感样病例监测、流感病原学监测和传染病症状监测。一旦发现可疑病例，须第一时间上报。截至上周末，本市无禽流感病例报告。
市疾控中心表示，目前本市流感病毒呈升高趋势，已经进入季节性流感等呼吸道传染病的高发季节，近期中心接到几起集体单位和学校聚集性发热的报告。在今后一段时期内，本市的流感活动水平将会不断增强，由流感病毒导致学校等集体单位发生集中发热疫情的可能性将进一步增加。
