　　2013年11月赤峰市未婚女孩张某在赤峰市生殖健康专科医院进行引产手术后，引产婴儿被当事护士抱走。事后，张某从警方处得知孩子尚未死亡，且被转移到300多公里外的赤峰市阿鲁科尔沁旗，但当地洪山区公安分局及阿鲁科尔沁旗公安局均拒绝予以立案。此事引发轩然大波。

　　事件披露后，赤峰市相关部门对“护士”梁晓华采取刑事拘留强制措施并进行审查，对孩子的“收养者”温国强依法进行询问。之前给出“不予立案”决定的涉事阿鲁科尔沁旗公安局民警苏某某及洪山区公安分局民警刘某某、张某某已遭停职并接受调查。
