据朝阳区纪委的官方微博“廉政朝阳”介绍，目前区纪检监察机关已经建成了案件线索库、办案专家库、办案人才库以及正在着手筹建的反腐案例库，整合各种资源，拓展案源渠道，加强办案力量。
对于网友提出的学校一把手对经费使用“一支笔”的情况，“廉政朝阳”回应，要求各单位、各部门党政一把手不直接分管人事、财务和工程项目等工作，加大责任追究力度，破除“一支笔”的弊端。
昌平全区会议同比减20.8%
据昌平区纪委监察局官方微博“廉政昌平”介绍，2013年，昌平区纪检监察组织共立案38件，结案39件(含去年1件)，给予40名党员干部党纪政纪处分，其中处级干部5人，科级干部11人，涉案金额共计4163万元，涉嫌犯罪移送司法机关4人。
据介绍，中央提出八项规定后，昌平区“文山会海”削减效果显著。去年，全区各单位组织会议同比减少20.8%，庆典活动同比减少10%，其中全区性会议减少15%、庆典活动减少50%；印发公文同比减少7.3%，其中以区委、区政府名义制发公文减少47%。
