　　本报清远讯 (记者曹菁)昨天，清远市清城区人民检察院证实，清城区原环保局局长陈柏和因涉嫌滥用职权罪、受贿罪，已被刑事拘留。

　　上月9日，清远有市民持手机录音实名举报陈柏和准备利用职务之便勒索企业。接到举报后，当地纪委便着手介入调查，并于当月31日对案件进行了通报。此前，清城区纪委表示，关于群众实名举报清远市清城区环保局局长陈柏和的电话录音及有关问题，经广东省公安司法鉴定中心专家鉴定和清城区纪委等相关部门的调查取证，录音内容属实，陈柏和确有谈论了与其身份不相符的言论。同时，发现陈柏和还涉嫌其他违纪问题。经清城区委决定，免去陈柏和的清城区区委委员、区环保局党组书记、局长职务，按程序办理，并对其进行立案调查。

　　1月6日，清城区检察院以陈柏和涉嫌滥用职权罪、受贿罪立案侦查。1月7日，犯罪嫌疑人陈柏和被刑事拘留。随后清远多个政府部门的官微对此进行了通报。清城检察院工作人员表示，目前，此案正在进一步侦查之中，不便透露更多案件细节。

　　根据清远市纪委案件审理室最近透露，去年清远处分的人员有8名处级干部，包括犯徇私枉法罪、受贿罪的英德市原副市长、公安局局长郑北泉。
