云南网讯(记者 念新洪)1月9日，针对网上近日曝出的“石林导游辱骂游客”视频，昆明市旅游监察支队在查清事实后，对骂人女子朱某琴处5千元罚款、并一次扣10分分值，对涉事的云南九州国际旅行社有限公司处1万元罚款。
近日，网上曝出一则“石林导游辱骂游客”的视频，1分半左右的视频中，一名身穿白色衣服的女子对着游客多次口出粗口，骂游客“婊子、老表，你一代一代都是婊子”，并欲冲向游客动粗。
经景区相关工作人员仔细辨认，视频中骂人女子不是石林景区导游或工作人员；根据该女子在石林票务中心购票时的刷卡单信息，确认其姓名为朱某琴，单位为云南九洲旅行社有限公司。
骂人女子身份确认后，昆明市旅游监察支队介入调查，经查，视频曝光事件发生于1月1日上午9时40分左右，涉事导游朱某琴注册在昆明市导游之家导游服务公司。当日，云南九州国际旅行社有限公司接待12位游客到石林旅游，委派朱某琴担任导游，于9时30分左右进入石林风景区，期间导游与2名游客因言语沟通问题发生口角，在石林景区老年人优惠门票的退费事宜上意见不一致，进而发生与当事游客互骂的过激行为。
在查清事实后，昆明市旅游监察支队对案件涉及的当事导游人员和委派该导游的旅行社拟作出以下行政处罚：
1、 对导游朱秀琴依法作出罚款5千元的行政处罚，并对导游人员一次扣10分分值；
2、对云南九州国际旅行社有限公司依法作出罚款1万元的行政处罚。
