1月10日上午，人民网安徽频道记者致电东至县环保局办公室，一位余姓工作人员表示，除微博公开道歉外，该局还对记者此前曝光的“公车私用”一事进行了调查处理，相关责任人已受到处罚。
“相关人责任人都有哪些？”记者追问。该工作人员介绍，首先是东至县环保局环境监测负责人，因为公车把控不严，在环保局系统内进行深刻检查，并通报批评；当事司机作出深刻检查，罚款3000元；另外当天车上载着一位老职工的亲属，那位老职工也受到了通报批评。
“事后局里开了几次会，今后会严格把控公车管理，引以为戒。”这位工作人员说。
