据介绍，当天通报的病例1刘某，女，42岁，现住在佛山市南海区盐步镇。从事活禽批发销售工作。2014年1月5日发病，1月8日到当地人感染H7N9定点医院发热门诊就诊，给予“达菲”治疗，1月9日收住该院。目前患者已退热，症状较轻。当地卫生部门对20名密切接触者进行医学观察，未发现异常。
病例2刘某，女，59岁，现住佛山南海区桂城街道，无明显活禽暴露史。2013年12月29日发病，2014年1月2日在当地人感染H7N9禽流感定点医院住院，给予“达菲”治疗。目前，患者症状较轻。当地卫生部门对5名密切接触者进行医学观察，未发现异常。
自2013年8月惠州报告首例病例以来，截至2014年1月10日，广东共报告12例病例，治愈2例，死亡1例(居住地为东莞)。按患者居住地统计，深圳2例、佛山4例、惠州1例、东莞2例、阳江3例。(完)
