其2014年需要压减水泥产能10万吨，淘汰燃煤锅炉262台，取缔洗煤企业29家。同时支持涉县、武安、磁县风电开发建设，推进屋顶和光电建筑一体化示范项目。加快气化邯郸项目建设，力争全年天然气利用7亿立方米以上，可再生能源装机容量比提高2个百分点以上，新增光伏发电装机容量10万千瓦以上。
高和平说，在发展区域上，突出两核带动，把冀南新区、邯郸经济开发区作为重点项目建设的重中之重。邯郸经济开发区以晋升国家经济技术开发区为契机，实施开展“二次创业”，着力培育新材料、高端装备制造、白色家电、现代服务业四大百亿级产业。两个园区力争实现主要指标三年倍增。
当地政府将筛选100家科技型成长型中小企业，加大在用地、信贷、财税、准入等方面扶持和倾斜。为了承接服务业尤其是物流业转移，其将重点建设邯黄铁路以及即将建成的邯济铁路、邯大高速，加紧推进货场等配套设施建设。
官方态度积极
