　　二是切实加大对民生资金等公共资金的审计监督，对挪用、侵吞、贪污等行为，要严肃查处、严惩不贷，使民生资金真正成为“高压线”，谁也不能碰、谁也不敢碰。

　　三是围绕新一届政府提出的“政府性楼堂馆所一律不得新建”等“约法三章”落实情况，进行专项审计，对顶风“闯红线”的，发现一起、严处一起，做到有令必行、令行禁止。要用“火眼金睛”发现重大违法案件线索，发挥好审计监督在揪“蛀虫”、打“硕鼠”、反腐倡廉建设和惩治腐败中的重要作用。
