　　农业部确定，将对128家婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业奶站和运输车的资质条件重新审核，对相关的1869个奶站和719辆运输车建立档案，纳入重点监管；要求省、市、县层层签订生鲜乳质量安全责任状，明确奶站、运输车监管责任人，公布手机号。
