  法制晚报讯 (记者 陈斯)本市召开会议加快推进地铁3号线建设的前期工作,线路规划方案已经报市政府等待批复,最快有望年底开建。


  3号线是一条东西向的轨道交通干线,西起海淀田村,东至朝阳东坝,同时将采用8节车厢编组的大容量列车。


  6号线方案改动 曾使3号线“搁浅”


  昨天下午,市政府召开常务会议,研究首都环境建设和地铁3号线工程规划等事项。会议研究地铁3号线工程规划方案时指出,建设这条线路有利于加密中心城区线网,带动城市边缘集团发展,要进一步优化线路、站点和接驳配套设施方案,探索深化投融资体制机制改革,加强宣传做好群众工作,积极争取社会各界支持、理解、配合,加快推进线路建设前期工作。


  记者上午从北京市地铁建设部门和规划部门获悉,目前,包括3号线在内的四条地铁新线规划方案已经报市政府,正等待批复。最终的规划方案要等待政府批复后才能和民众见面。


  据悉,地铁3号线迟迟未“露脸”,是因为之前地铁6号线的规划方案有改动而“搁浅”。6号线在最终实施时,线路在中段拐了个弯,也就是在南锣鼓巷站和东四站的位置,走了原本是规划3号线的位置。


  近期,市委市政府决定加快轨道交通建设,该线有望提前到2014年开工建设,预计2018年建成通车。


  线路或贯通直线 不再分东、西两段


  根据规划,地铁3号线是一条东西向的轨道交通干线。西起海淀田村,东至朝阳东坝。


  沿线连接田村、八里庄、甘家口、展览路、金融街、中心城、东风、东坝等城市重点居住及功能区。线路全长35.1公里,全部为地下线。


  此前据地铁建设部门消息,地铁3号线将以6号线的“拐点”处为起点,分为东、西两段线路建设,分别从6号线的南锣鼓巷站、东四站分别向东、西两个方向延伸,东段走平安大街,西段走阜成门外大街。


  不过目前这一方案或将改变。线路不再被分为两段,而是贯通为一条直线。


  线路从西向东至西四站后,直接向东北方向连接南锣鼓巷站,中间不再有“断头”。


  采用8节车厢大容量列车


  3号线设有多座换乘车站。根据初步规划,3号线将在田村站换乘6号线,在西钓鱼台与10号线换乘,在白堆子站与9号线换乘,在甘家口站与16号线换乘,在阜成门站与2号线换乘,在西四站与4号线换乘,在中国美术馆站与8号线换乘,在张自忠路与5号线换乘,在东四十条站与2号线换乘,在团结湖站与10号线换乘,在朝阳公园站与14号线换乘。


  此外,据了解,随着线网的迅速扩张,本市地铁日客流已攀升至1000万人次的世界级规模。预计到2016年,本市地铁日客流可能跃升至1500万人次。


  为应对客流攀升,中心城区的新建地铁干线已确立大容量编组的设计原则,正在建设的16号线、有望今年开工的3号线、12号线和17号线,都将采用8节A型列车的超大容量编组。
