  2014年铁总将继续加大反腐的力度。盛光祖指出,铁总将推动纪委双重领导体制具体化、程序化、制度化,强化上级纪委对下级纪委的领导,查办腐败案件以上级纪委领导为主。


  他说,还将加强物资采购、车皮管理、工程建设等重点领域源头治理。实行“一案双查”制度,对发生重大腐败案件和严重违纪行为的单位、部门,不仅要追究当事人责任,还要追究相关领导责任。
