  人民网北京1月16日电 (李楠楠)1月16日是春运第一天,“中国铁路”新媒体服务平台同步推出,正式在春运期间服务广大旅客。“中国铁路”新媒体服务平台涵盖了其同名官方微博、微信、移动客户端、铁路12306手机购票客户端及其官方微信和“铁路同行小伙伴”APP。至此,汇集各类新媒体渠道的中国铁路总公司新媒体服务平台正式投入使用。


  “中国铁路”新媒体服务平台是中国铁路总公司在移动互联网上发布铁路资讯的权威渠道,是服务社会公众的新入口。各类新媒体渠道之间既能在新闻发布、公众服务等功能上相互补充,又可在传播模式、服务内容、受众群体上各有侧重,社会公众可以利用自己最习惯、最熟悉、最便捷的新媒体方式获得所需的信息服务。


  “中国铁路”移动客户端上线之初,主要设有“新闻”“资讯”“贴士”“服务”等选项,除权威发布铁路新闻信息以及运输动态资讯外,还将提供与铁路出行相关的铁路常识、客货运输办理常见问题等信息服务。


  据铁路总公司相关负责人介绍,升级完善后的中国铁路总公司官方微信包括“中国铁路”、“铁路12306”两个帐号,分工各有侧重,功能相互补充,渠道互联互通。“中国铁路”新增设了“铁路资讯”“自助服务”“平台联盟”三项菜单功能。“铁路资讯”发布及时权威的新闻及客货运输通知公告;“自助服务”提供社会公众最常用的客运自助查询服务;“平台联盟”则打通了铁路总公司其他新媒体服务渠道入口,一键直达“中国铁路”人民、新华、新浪、腾讯4个官方微博和全国18个铁路局官方新媒体渠道。“铁路12306”则侧重提供客货运输信息查询服务,社会公众可以根据系统提示,通过输入字符或语音的方式进行余票、列车时刻、预售期、代售点以及物流服务、货运营业场所等查询。


  新上线的“铁路同行小伙伴”APP是铁路部门专门为旅客朋友量身定做的“陪伴式”公众服务应用,它集“看读”“视听”“趣玩”三大模块于一体,通过电子杂志、视频动画、趣味游戏三种形式为旅客朋友生动展示铁路服务信息和科普知识,提供娱乐消遣,消除旅途疲劳,获得更加立体的乘车感受。而且这款应用下载后可离线使用,不会新增用户流量。
